Heard the Peter Kay Phoenix nights ringtone the other day and meant to
ask where it was downloaded from, but I was in a hurry and didn't get
the chance. Anyone know?

My mate swears its possible to also get the Peter Kay Car Alarm on
ringtone ie "Stand back you bastard or I'll break your legs". This
cannot be possible to play on most phones as its not a tune but has
anybody heard it on a mobile or knows where it can be downloaded. My
guess is that he heard it on a 9210 which has voice recording which
can be used as a ringtone.

Or a P900 which can use wav's, mid's and mp3's as ringtones. :)

I'm assuming you want the midi version. YGM.

Or a 7600 which can too :)

I managed to find the midi and mmf on some obcscure Russian site:

For future reference you can usually find ringtone files quite easily by
googling for the title of the song you want and adding midi to the search
string. You can help remove a lot of the premium ringtone sites by
excluding ringtone and text from the results by adding -ringtone and -text
to the string too. I found the above by entering this as the search string:

"phoenix nights" midi -ringtone -text

The page I found them on was the second hit.
